4.1 Welcome Bonus

• A 200% welcome bonus applies on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• The wagering requirement to receive this bonus is 25 times the total of the initial deposit and bonus amount.
• The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only, and each new account may receive this benefit once.
• If a withdrawal is requested before wagering is completed, the bonus may be forfeited.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Advancement to a higher VIP tier is determined based on your activity and participation on the platform.

5.1 Bet Validity

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, except where cancellation applies due to a technical error.
• For sports betting, sufficient balance must be available in the account before the event starts.
• If a bet is left incomplete due to a technical error or disconnection, ck044 will investigate and make a decision accordingly.

5.2 Sports Betting

• Bets can be placed on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA), kabaddi, and other sporting events.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed indefinitely, bets will be settled according to ck044 rules.
• Bets accepted before an odds change will be settled at those odds.

5.3 Live Casino and Slot Games

• All games use Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer technology, ensuring fair outcomes.
• If a disconnection occurs during play, the last confirmed result of the game will apply.
• The rules and pay tables displayed on the platform apply separately for each game.

• Opening or managing more than one account.
